True connoisseurs have known about the Grüner Baum for almost a century. There is a long tradition of hospitality in the Kötschach Valley. Our Hoteldorf has really “grown” in the last few years and has a very special charm.
Enjoy some wonderful days in the midst of un-spoilt nature: deep green, lush meadows with grazing cows, white glaciers deep underneath blue skies, babbling brooks and gushing waterfalls… this is the summer at its best.
Here in the mountains of Gastein, you will find exactly what you have been dreaming of. Rest and relaxation, “sweet-nothing” and culinary delights, but also moving around in pure nature for together with the whole family! Hiking trails start right outside our front door and lead into the National Park Hohe Tauern, mountain bikes are available free of charge and the 18-hole golf course is only a stone’s throw away.
