Terms of cancelation:
Up to 10 days prior to arrival no costs;
up to 3 days prior to arrival 50 % of the booked arrangement;
from 3 days prior to arrival as well as early departure 80 of the booked arrangement;
In the Peak Season (Christmas, New Years and August):
Up to 30 days prior to arrival no costs;
up to 10 days prior to arrival 50 % of the booked arrangement;
from 10 days prior to arrival as well as early departure 80 % of the booked arrangement.
There are different terms of cancelation regarding group bookings.
The following services are included in the arrangement prices (including service & taxes):
Arrival: collection from Bad Gastein train station. Hotel’s own car park for guests. Rooms are available from 3:00pm
Departure: Check out by 12 Noon.
Rooms: all rooms have a bath and a shower; WC, hairdryer, bathing robes, bag and slippers, desk*, balcony* or terrace*, safe*, telephone, radio, satellite TV and minibar*, some rooms have a bidet, separate WC and walk-in wardrobe (*excluding some rooms in the “Jäger” category)
Room for “snorers” – connecting room at no extra charge.
New in Grüner Baum: Lift in the main building and a wheelchair accessible room.
Cuisine: substantial breakfast buffet; for half board: 5-course evening menu with selection, Gala Dinner and buffet evening. Cakes in the afternoon.
Children: Mini Club – supervised – in holiday times, adventure playground, Robin-Hood camp in Fuchsfarm, paddling pool in the indoor and outdoor pools, ski slope with baby lift, baby phone. Babysitter on request.
Health: Thermal indoor pool (32° C), Thermal water drinking fountain, sauna, steam bath, fitness room, exercise therapies, transfer to the healing caves.

Sport: Winter: Shuttle service to the ski lifts, curling rink, the hotel’s own baby lift in the hotel, tobogganing, cross-country slopes in front of the hotel. Summer: heated outdoor pool, deck chairs, parasols, volleyball pitch, Boccia pitch, Mountain bikes.
Shuttle service: free transfer to the Golf course and ski lifts.
Cancellation policy: no charge up to 10 days before arrival; up to 3 days prior to arrival 50 % of the arrangement booked; from 3 days before arrival and in case of early departure, 80 % of the arrangement booked.
